any news on Bayt el Fan or Malouf?

Malouf been gone for 2 years at this point and Bayt El Fan recently closed and I haven't heard any promising news on either or even an explanation for why they closed in the first place I mean they both seem like very successful businesses I remember every time I go to Bayt el Fan it'd be fucking PACKED
