Missing required courses for Cal Poly SLO?

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but I'm getting emails that I am missing the chemistry series for Cal Poly SLO. I completed the physics series instead, but there isn't an option to select that on the form. On the selection criteria page it says both are accepted and you can complete either one. I am a computer science major. What should I do? Should I check the box for "yes" I have completed the chemistry requirements, even though I actually didn't and only did the physics series? It says if nothing is selected then my application will be instantly rejected so I'm not sure what to do.
