Finding Toy from Memory hard plastic small fairy with teal hair

I’m looking for a toy that was made around the 90s-2000’s that looks like this Ariel doll I have pictured!

It’s small hard plastic and a fairy! It’s about the size of half of a finger. The hair looks really similar, but it’s teal. The fairy was wearing lots of blue. If I remember right, I think she was also supposed to be a tooth fairy!
