Lots of stuff in the news, most of it negative, and lot of it bad. It’s darkest before the dawn, as they say.

However, I think we need to remember that, whilst the world might seem hopeless, the worst thing we can do is give up. Have strength my friends, in these dire times we need to keep doing our best.
