Luna rework changes:
Here is a list I compiled of every change to Luna with her upcoming rework revealed during the livestream:
•She is now able to jump while on her hoverboard.
•She can now use her hoverboard while enhancing a song in her support mode giving her greater movement, and no longer locking her into a lengthy animation. (not using Noise Surge.)
•Play difficulty of Luna has been lowered with a shorter buildup (idk what they mean by shorter build up, maybe it’s pertaining to her inspiration gauge.)
•Music and notes are changed only when using enhanced skills.
•Moving and jumping are now allowed when enhancing her skills (so you can now jump when enhancing a song when using noise surge, and you are now not locked into an animation when enhancing a skill when playing Luna in support role.)
•Skill Effects (her buffs applied I assume or hopefully it means her noise surge stacks.) are now effected by skill duration up (skill duration stat, or maybe they mean the reactor stat itself, not sure.)
•Reduced the overall penalty for failing hitting notes.
•Noise Surge skill module has become more powerful (buffed.) with a newly introduced “disturbing noise” effect, it deals extra damage when you hit enemies with the AoE caused by hitting notes (or maybe it’s only when you enhance the skill, not clear.)
Pretty great changes overall, I am hoping however that they buff her unique weapon as well in the patch notes.
From the sounds of it though these changes seemingly are going to make Luna (especially support Luna) feel allot better to play, especially the greater mobility she gains being able to use, and jump with the hover board while utilizing her in a supportive manner.
Of course she could receive additional buffs within the patch notes coming on the 16th.
