Thought on this trip

Wife wants us to go on this trip with the M3 LR. We never did a long trip with EV before.. I’m not sure if we should go on the Tesla or on the BMW X3 which I’m shooting for around $450 on gas for 3k miles round trip. What is your guys thoughts? Central Texas, Grand Canyon, Hoover dam, Vegas, Los Angeles and back to Central Texas.
