Can I change my loan offer ?

I have ordered a Tesla M3 15 days ago and my delivery is by first week of May. I have ordered financing option with 6% interest. But today when I checked in Tesla , I see the interest rates dropped to 3% for newer applications. Is it possible for me to change the loan offer now ? . or else I will cancel and order again. I havent made my final payment yet.
