Graduate housing

Hey guys I will be moving in about 6 months to attend graduate school at Temple. Can anyone recommend good areas to live in if I don’t have a car? Also let me know if it’s necessary to have a car as I am looking at lease options as well. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
