Target Circle Barcode access?

It used to be very easy to find your target circle barcode on the mobile webpage. It's become harder and harder recently to locate it, and it seems they've taken away the option altogether to access it on the webpage.

As a Canadian, the app is not an (easy) option for me, so when I visit, I use the webpage. When googling, the target site says the barcode is only available in the app. I know I can use my phone number, looking for barcode.

Edit: I see that the 1% is no longer a thing...so maybe it's not as useful as I thought for a Canadian
