So ... where do I start ?
After recovering from a medical condition, I now have partial drop foot.
I found swimming to be the best sort of exercise for my condition.
I know how to swim (just the basics), but I am badly out of shape since I haven't really done any kind of excercise in the last 2 years (writing code is not an exercise im afraid ...)
Also, my technique is BADLY lacking.
Would love to get feedback on:
1. How to improve different swimming techniques
2. How to get in shape swimming (meaning - what would be the best/easiest swimming stroke to start with)
3. Which equiptment would I need (Bought the Fastskin Speedsocket 2 Goggle)
4. Would you recommend swimming with music ? or should I keep it for later and just focus on getting better at swimming ?
Or any other topic you may thing about that seem relevant.
