on the SAVE plan, in forbearance, got a notification about accruing interest even though I thought I wasn't accruing interest?

I am in the SAVE plan absolute cluster. Mohela is my service provider. Also already enrolled in PSLF and god willing, will eventually hit the 10 years. I haven't had a payment due since June. I thought I understood wtf was happening and that my payments were paused during the cluster and I also would not be accruing interest.

I got a random letter from Mohela today telling me to remember that loans still accrue interest while in forbearance. Did something change or are they just trying to get me to start paying them again? Currently my loans still say I am on SAVE and have 0% interest rate. Thank you to whatever kind person who understands this situation for telling me wtf is happening!
