Connection Failed on a Modded BisectHosting Server

2 Days ago I bought a server for Stardew Valley on Bisect and I added SVE, RSV, and their respective dependencies. I downloaded the exact same mods onto my computer and there were no issues until I tried to join the server when I couldn't connect to it. Most importantly when I tried joining the server without mods on the server or my computer it worked perfectly fine, and even my sister was able to join with no problems. Any help is welcome!
