Is this normal for Poodle skin?

Hi there. I’m a new poodle parent and I need some advice. About a month ago i found this skin tag on my baby, she’s a 4 year retired mama. At first it was very small and we had the vet checked and they said it was normal to have skin tag and that it may or may not get bigger and not to worry. Well, I am worried because it gotten way bigger, it doesn’t feel soft, like almost hard or rough at the tip, like callus almost? We don’t have another vet appointment in awhile but should we call the vet and try to get seen? I found 2 others like this on her back/side.
