Kinderstart problems

Does anybody have literally any information about kinderstart? The only information I have is that my son is registered, other than that I know nothing. I'm new to the province and I've never heard about this until moving here. I've looked online and either I'm dumb and can't understand anything or they've made it incredibly confusing to read🤷🏼‍♀️ any help is appreciated
