Hot spots but no orders?

So this morning I got up and turned spark on to see a bunch of good orders so thought today would be a good day because usually it is if I see that .. well I just did a 22$ order and usually i get another order request right away before I leave customers house .. I have made it all the way back to the Walmart , turned the app off and back on , and still not a single order for 30 minutes… what is going on??? The map shows red hot spots . Never had this happen before . Ugh . I turned down coming into my regular job to do orders so I could make the money I’m behind on this happens .
