Sonic Lives Glitch in Sonic 2

If you are asking, I did this with the Sega Genesis Nintendo Switch Online version of the game, or Bug-fix 2

The max amount of lives before it Resets is 255, which may be normal but it appears as “y5”

after this, it just resets back to normal, and if you get more then one life, you instantly get a game over
