Is once a week enough?

I post gaming videos centered around horror minecraft but a lot of the people who subscribe to me subbed because of my editing and my personality, rather than the game. My worry is once a week consistent enough? I grew fairly quick im 40 subs away from 1k and my videos average around 1-1.5k views. Would I be hurting my growth because I can only post once a week or is it fine?
