Why does she have to apologize?!

My sims have a perfect marriage, but Jolene always has the option to apologize to Ezra, and kiss and makeup, and I have no idea why. This is their relationship profile, I couldn't get it all in one picture, but there are no negative sentiments. I have all their turn-ons and offs exactly the same, they are perfect for each other. She flirted with someone autonomously once, they worked it out, other than that there is no reason for this. It's ruining my story, and driving me crazy! Can this be fixed? Are they going to get divorced? I'm legit sad about it, they're childhood sweethearts with a beautiful family. 😭😭😭
