Does anybody else remake old sims they miss?

I don't remake sims too often. But the lore is so deep and so good on these particular sims. That I kind of just want to explore the story for them again. So here I am, individually recreating sim after sim from a lost save file. Computer crashed last year while I was actively playing them so maybe that's the motivation for me.

How about yall? Do you have any favorite sims you bring back?
