Is this legit or shady?

I got approached in winter by an escort agency and had an interview with the ceo. Here are some things he said I’d need to do / would happen if I worked for them:

• they would fly me out to Florida, where they’re HQ’d, for a photo shoot and orientation, as well as send me an Uber from the airport to the hotel they’d put me in
• I offered to have a photo shoot done locally and they said they have a photographer that they work with
• the orientation would be meeting with the boss to go over details like how I get paid etc and he said he’d want to see how I act with him to see how I’d be on a date. Also as a way to figure out which clients I’d be best suited for
• it was implied I’d need to go sleep with him
• they haven’t seen any pictures of me, at least not that I know of unless they found me on a sugar baby site
• I was told that i’d have a say in my preferences

Is this typical? Does it sound like a scam? I had a phone call with the boss and he seemed normal and answered a lot of my questions although at the end he did say he was a little sketched by all my questions

I’d like to become an escort now that I have a lot more free time but i’m not totally sure how to find an agency so I was thinking of reaching back out to these guys but I’m not sure if they’re legit
