24m, Software Engineer, no degree

Saw a couple of other software engineers post their salary, figured I'd throw mine out there alongside the base salary/equity amounts. I hope people in the sub realize that the high paid engineers posting their salary are only getting a portion of their comp in cash.

As far as the no degree thing goes - I started coding quite young and was already pretty good (+ making ~$60k a year from a small software company I started) by the time I went to college. The head of the comp sci department at my school had essentially told me I was wasting my time so I listened and dropped out. No regrets yet outside of the missed life experience.

I work for a company in the cybersecurity space, Series C, just started my current position a few months ago. I was making $120k base with pretty much no equity 3 years ago, so the growth has been nice to see.
