New roof feels off.

Being autistic, patters seems to jump out at me. So is there something wrong with my new roof or is it just me that is bothered by the bump and and 10 rows have the shakes line up and then another 11 line up further up and to the right? Was told by the contractor, that is just how roof are done, and they didn't see anything wrong, but would send someone out. Should I show my insurance or is it fine and I shouldn't obsess over it?
