Optimal Ministorum Priest Warrior Build?

I'm looking for some information on how to build a warrior priest type of character, but there's very little written about this (all I could find was a video from Werglia, but it's most likely outdated by now).

From what I can tell, my homeworld options are either Death world or Forge world (Subskin Armor). And for stats: Weapon skill, Strength, Willpower and Toughness. How should I prioritize these? For the second Archetype, I'm guessing either Vanguard or Executioner? Any guidance on building such a character in CC and beyond, would be greatly appreciated!
