Recent R1S owner - help w/ possible lemon

I've had the vehicle for about 4 months and it's been in the service three times (currently in service) for over a month cumulatively. All for separate issues.

Does anyone think Rivian would repurchase this vehicle (currently leased)?

I've talked to several lawyers and they recommend waiting for the time being to see how things play out but just curious if any one else had similar experiences or any advice/thoughts.
