Why retratrutide

I was wondering what are the benefits of reta over sema. I got sema and was concerned with muscle loss and heard reta has a triple agonist effect and is better so why not and I got it today. Upon reading further reddit articles I hear some people saying it increases appetite if this is the case why take it? Do you lose more weight even if you are eating more or does it just not work for everyone?
