Has no one ever tried making a bare knuckle fighting club in RDR2?

The hand to hand combat in RDR2 is pretty satisfying and realistic. Has no one ever tried recreating something akin to that fight scene in Sherlock Holmes? Old school bare knuckle boxing style stuff, where everyone surrounds you in a circle and two people just throw down to the death in the middle. I picture people gathering around the pig pen in valentine and two people going in, only one coming out. The next pair go in, and so on. Like in the epilogue where John finds Charles fighting bare knuckle for money.

I just love challenging people to fist fights in this game. Slinging guns gets old after a while.
