Selling house and going back to renting

It’s been 3 years since we’ve bought our home and one thing after another in home maintenance and repairs. We’ve office accepted an offer and close this month! Using the equity in our home to pay off all our debt and moving into an apartment complex for a year while we save money The next move will be to buy land and build or wait for rates to drop some and buy a home we love when we find it! Truly cannot wait for all the responsibility and maintenance to fall on someone else for awhile! lol
