Ranks & Reward

For both Deadly Omen and Twin Shells, I’ve not received all the rewards for my rank so not to sure if I’m doing something wrong? I literally got nothing for DO (not packs, backgrounds or charms) and TS I’ve only got the packs (no backgrounds nor charms)! Any advice?
