Raiden Hyper Carry with both Xilonen and Kazuha

Context:Before anyone says it I only have a C0 Chev and I know c6 Chev with Raiden is godly but;

Will a team of Raiden c2R1+Kazuha+Xilonen c0R1+c6 Sarah be an upgrade or at least be competitive with the regular Hypercarry raiden with Kazuha and bennet?In this team an attack sands would probably be needed to compensate the loss of Bennet and to not overload to much on dmg%

I can't seem to find much discussion about this since most of the discussion i find is will Xilonen replace Kazuha BUT WHAT IF WE USE BOTH?!
