BGR/BGRi

Just got the email telling me to sign up for BGRi and I didn’t really plan on doing it but I wanted to get you guys’ opinion. Would you recommend I do it? My main problem with it is that if I choose to do it for various reasons I’ll only have 2 days to do all my back to school shopping and final immunizations and whatnot. Am I missing out on much by not doing it, or is it so crucial you think it’s worth going through the time crunch? If the latter, why?
