Need honest opinions - too big for my wrist ?

Hi everyone! I've just turned 40, and my wife, parents and friends got together for this beautiful gift. Special memory of course, plus it is my first automatic. I have a skinny ass wrist as you can see. I still have a week to have it changed if I want to. What would you do ?
