please pray this manic episode ends

i had a psychiatrist appointment today and she told me i’m manic. i’ve been feeling off the last week or so and this just confirmed it. i’m supposed to go into work today and i don’t feel equipped to do so. i’m having (trigger warning) suicidal thoughts and im scared i wont be able to function properly. please pray it stops quickly.
