Worth?

Longtime lurker here so I apologize for adding to the “should I grade this?” posts.

I just pulled this yesterday, never submitted a card before. Think I’m set on PSA. I see the top left corner on the back. How far will that take me away from a 10? Is it worth it? This card raw still holding value, what would you do?
