Need advice on opening business account.

So recently I registered a company and now I need a business account. This will be a small retail business with an additional online store. I would say my estimates are 10-20 transactions per day for a first year or so.

What bank is the best suits for it? Most stable infrastructure? Less paperwork? Helpful managers? Should I consider anything outside of big 4 banks?
