When should I consider buying an apartment?

So Im a 25M who earns around 65k and remote job. Im located in Calgary and have thought that I should start looking for an apartment in the next 2 years. I want to live inner city Calgary as I like the lifestyle compared to suburbs and am young so would be more interesting. I live with my parents right now, no debt. I have a 8k maxxed FHSA and around 50k TFSA. And I have like a couple thousand in my chequing that i use to leisure, bills and trips.

I just dont know when buying an apartment makes enough sense financially. I dont want to put the minimum amount for a down payment, but Id also like to leave within the next 2 years. Any advice would help!
