Leblanc's theme? (Nintendo Switch)

I've played Persona 5 on PS5.

After starting the game on Switch sometime later I'm not getting the vocals of the song in the Cafe. Which is sad because that song is so relaxing and calming.

Was there some sort of legal dispute over the music? Or do the vocals only start playing once I get far enough into the game?
