So many symptoms, where to start?

So I have been dealing with some extreme symptoms. So extreme that I have been seeing a DR for a condition called CIRS (chronic inflammatory Response syndrome) and I found out I have underlying Lyme disease and underlying mold toxicity in the process. I guess that's not a bad thing, but I am also finding out that peri can reveal underlying conditions as your body changes. I have always had high estrogen due to some genetic SNPs- MTHFR, COMT, etc. with these SNPs the body doesn't break E down causing it to stay high in the body. I am also dealing with histamine issues and my hEDS and dysautonomia have been pretty bad too. I never connected it to perimenopause revealing these conditions to me. I had a freak out at work last week and I am pretty sure that it was hormonal 🥴. It felt real at the time. At least now I understand what I am dealing with and can hopefully prevent that from happening again. My sleep issues and insomnia have been brutal. I was put on LDN for the other issues I am having and that has helped. I had to stop THC/CBD gummies- my tolerance was off the charts, I was still waking up and it was having a negative effect on my mood and brain/memory. I think my E has dropped significantly! I had some pretty significant weight loss that was sudden and my DRs have been stumped. I am going to talk to my doc next week, but I bet it was a drop in E. I am also going to talk to her about HRT. Has anyone else experienced weight loss due to drop in E? Has anyone been successful in not gaining on HRT? I can't believe how debilitating this has been for me and what's even crazier is that we get surprised with perimenopause. Why is no one telling us this stuff? I mean, it's been so life changing. I am 43 btw.
