Question, how come some towns has them and other don’t.? Do anyone know the story behind?

1,Leespot 2,Pine Grove 3, south Center TPKE (61) close to Deer lake 4,berwick if I’m correct they have a museum.
5, I think in Hamburg they have one. I’m not sure. If you have one of these in your town, can you tell me in which town is located.
