No signal

Built my pc and it was working fine for 2-3 months. Yesterday i powered it off as usual but when i tried to turn it on today it didnt have signal. Monitor works fine and the cables. I think it migh be my GPU. The fans on the GPU arent turning at all. The motherboard is a b650 pro and i understand these led's show errors but i dont know what to do.
