How can I upgrade this setup?

I’ve got gtx 1650 with i3 9100f 16gigs of ram on h310m pro-m2 plus. Is there any possible way to upgrade this old set in good money and is it worth at all? I was thinking about newer cpu with 1200 socket but then I have to buy another mainboard. PC is mainly for competitive games (cs2/warzone) and sometimes I would like to play AAA games. Parts can be used.
