Placed on "Administrative Forbearance" but only showing 94 payments?

This years employment verification was finally processed and my counts updated for this year today. I received messages about my SAVE plan & repayment start date, a notice of processing delay and a third one saying that my account had been placed on Administrative Forbearance.

Specifically it says:

"Action: Approved

Type: Processing Forbearance

Begin Date: 10/1/2023

End Date: 11/29/2023"

Is this something that's just part of the ramp-up to normal repayments?
