Having a sex life with PCOS

I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS for a couple years now. I have irregular bleeding and sex is painful sometimes no matter how much lube I use and always have spotting or bleeding afterwards. I’m single so I have lots of insecurity about this and how to even explain to potential partners. How do yall navigate those symptoms when also being sexually active?

Update: hey! Many if not almost everyone has suggested I look into endometriosis, so thank you!!! I definitely will and will look into pelvic floor therapy as well! You’ve all be so helpful!
