Going on a 12 day vacation

I split dose, 0.5 on a Monday and a Thursday - I am going on an overseas vacation from Thursday to Sunday. I have been using for 6 months and have been doing really well, but haven’t told anyone that I am taking ozempic. I am going away with my partner and his children. Does anyone have any advice on travelling from London to Greece with pens, would I be able to still keep it a secret? Or should I skip what would be 2 doses, if I inject the morning we fly and the day we after we get back. Thanks!!
