GPA calculation for DO schools (MSUCOM & KCUCOM)

I completed a 4 year undergraduate degree and took one undergraduate course and then another two undergraduate courses after completing my degree that were not part of my degree. I also completed a one graduate degree in a field totally unrelated to science or medicine. Will all the courses that I took including the ones I took after my undergraduate degree and for my graduate degree be included in the gpa calculation?
