Ayano redesign

This game suddenly popped into my head for the first time in like 6 years and I saw the creator wasn't exactly on the up and up so I did a sort of redesign of Ayano I didn't want to change it so much that she's completely unrecognizable but I did want to change a few things like the name, skin tone (I don't know where the idea that all Japanese people are ghostly pale came from) and the uniform to something more akin to a high school uniform (I tried my best ^;) Idk if I had to censor the blood but I'm doing it anyway
