L2 purchaser own use

Anyone who has applied for L2 ( purchaser own use ) and won .. I want to know the experiance , total time taken , things to be cautious about any other important details to take care about?

Recently signed a PAS for a property with tenant in it ( closingis due and awaits vaccant possesion )and landlord has started L2 in LTB .. N12 is given to the tenant . Gave my declaration to use the home as primary residence for min 12 months.

The N12 is in good faith any chance that the ruling can be against us ?
