Why Price difference?

Hi guys, i looked up for this Card on eBay, since i have the shonen Jump Zoro and want the Luffy too. I was able to get this Card for 70€. I have seen other ones, that are listed for roundabout 400 Bucks. Now I’m confused, since the price difference is huuuge. Are there any differences or different versions of this card? If so, I will try to cancel the purchase. Thanks for your help :)
