Advice needed on Tracker renewal... stay or go?

We are in Yorkshire and only have electric at our address.

We had the email through to say the December 2023 tracker is coming to an end and we can either renew with the December 2024 version or go onto Flexible.
But not being that tech minded we are struggling to work out which choice will work out financially better for us, or whether we should consider swapping suppliers.... although it seems like nobody else does a tariff like this one?

We looked at Agile, but decided it wasn't suitable for us as due to our schedules we end up cooking food at the "peak times" every day.
