Spark Customer service called and complained?

You heard it, Spark Customer Support called my store and complained to us for a driver, I was prepping and got a call from them, asking to confirm an order and why it was taking so long (15 mins) i explained to them in a stern voice that mondays are our busiest days, we have no control over the matter. if a driver has an issue they can talk to us, or call you. This driver called us a first time to cancel it for him, we did so, then after we canceled it he accepted a different order but bigger which was a longer wait and that’s when he called spark. He complained he’d been there for 1-2 hours (he hadn’t been). so yeah that happened,
