Worried about accidentally sharing a post on social media?

When I’m using my phone I’ll hold it by the edges to make sure my fingers don’t accidentally touch the share button. And randomly I’ll check every social media app I have to make sure I didn’t accidentally share a post, comment, or like. This is especially true after I go through my camera roll or watch an inappropriate video.

Does anyone else experience this and how did you get over it?
